We started our company in 2007 carrying out property refurbishment for our own property investments. We soon realised that our services and expertise were required for other property developments and investments for clients providing them with a quality and reliable service.

We work with many Landlords and Letting Agents to ensure that they receive the best property maintenance services for their portfolios thus ensuring that their tenants remain happy and above all, safe. Keeping their properties' value to the best they can be.

We have branched out to providing full bathroom and kitchen refurbishments with everything carried out by ourselves using fully certified tradesmen.

We are fully committed to providing an excellent property maintenance service in a market area which has a large number of uninsured and rogue traders.

We strive to provide an excellent value for money service and carry a £2 million Public Liability insurance policy.
